Role Description
The Paramedic role at Nerams Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Durham.
The Paramedic will provide high-quality pre-hospital emergency and non-emergency care, including patient assessment, treatment, and safe transport in line with clinical guidelines and company procedures.
Daily tasks include responding to call-outs, working as part of a crew, recording accurate patient documentation, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
- Registered Paramedic qualification (e. g., HCPC registration or equivalent) and completion of an approved paramedic science program.
- Strong clinical skills in pre-hospital assessment, emergency care, life support, and patient stabilization.
- Knowledge of mental health first aid principles and ability to support individuals experiencing mental health crises.
- Understanding of health and safety standards, risk assessment, and safe working practices in ambulance and event settings.
