The main responsibility of the position is to fully manage trading on the department as well as planning future ranges to maximise sales opportunities and profit potential whilst minimising markdown spend. The Junior Merchandiser will plan forward seasons, managing stock and OTB. They will manage margin and option count on the department and plan promotions and markdowns. They will also be responsible for managing and training their team in line with departmental and individual objectives.
