We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our passion for quality design and customer experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Weybridge showroom. As a Kitchen Designer, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Creating bespoke kitchen designs tailored to client preferences
- Offering friendly and professional advice
- Guiding customers through the design and purchasing process
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial concept discussions to project completion
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our cabinetry and products while upholding company design standards
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, including a strong understanding of layouts, cabinetry, and materials
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse clientele
- Experience in Sales with the ability to guide customers through the purchasing process and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with cabinetry and furniture customization is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design
- Ability to collaborate with a team while managing individual responsibilities effectively
- Relevant qualifications in interior design or a related field would be beneficial
- Demonstrated experience in retail or a showroom environment is a plus
