Founded in 2011 in Oslo, Norway, Neptune Software empowers enterprises to accelerate digital transformation through Neptune DXP — a leading rapid application development platform. Our customers include global enterprises such as Walmart, Elkjop, Johnson & Johnson, Apple, Nippon Gases, Hasbro, and ExxonMobil.
As Neptune continues to scale rapidly, enablement is becoming a critical driver of partner success, sales productivity, and sustainable growth.
This is a new, high-impact role at Neptune. As Senior Manager, Global Enablement Programmes, you will help build Neptune’s global enablement function from the ground up — shaping how we enable partners and revenue teams worldwide. This role goes beyond running existing programmes; it is about designing, launching, and continuously improving scalable enablement that directly impacts commercial outcomes.
You will own the full enablement lifecycle: strategy, instructional design, execution, measurement, and optimisation. Working at the intersection of technology, learning, and revenue, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-centric experiences.
Location: Remote (UK or Global)
What You’ll Own & Drive:
- Global Partner Enablement: Design and execute Neptune’s global partner enablement strategy, ensuring partners are trained, certified, and commercially ready. Align enablement with go-to-market priorities, partner tiers, and revenue goals.
- Instructional Design & Content: Translate complex technical and commercial topics into clear, engaging, and scalable learning experiences using modern instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Enablement Programmes: Build, launch, and continuously improve global enablement programmes, including employee and partner onboarding, product and solution training, role-based certifications, and commercial readiness journeys.
- Digital Enablement & LMS Ownership: Own Neptune’s LMS and digital enablement ecosystem, ensuring strong usability, content quality, governance, and data-driven reporting. Leverage AI and digital learning innovation to scale enablement globally.
- Cross-Functional Enablement Leadership: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Partner Management, and Operations to ensure enablement aligns with roadmap, GTM needs, and real-world roles.
- Measurement, Scale & Change: Define and track KPIs that link enablement to adoption, productivity, pipeline, and partner performance. Design programmes for global scalability and lead change adoption across the organisation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, instructional design, digital enablement, or global programme management — ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong instructional design capability with a proven track record of learner-focused, high-impact content.
- Hands-on experience owning and optimising a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience collaborating with SMEs to translate complex technical topics into practical learning assets.
- Strong programme and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring KPIs and building dashboards.
- Fluency with modern enablement and content creation tools, including AI-supported tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Synthesia, EasyGenerator, Articulate, Canva).
Who Thrives in This Role:
- You are commercially minded and focused on measurable impact.
- You enjoy building enablement collateral, not just maintenance.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
- Collaborative, hands-on leader who can work strategically and execute with precision.
- You communicate confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
This role may not be a fit if you are looking for a narrowly defined position with fixed processes already in place.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary and bonus.
- A rare opportunity to help build and shape Neptune’s global enablement function.
- High visibility and ownership in a fast-scaling, international company.
- A collaborative culture rooted in Norwegian values: trust, transparency, and work-life balance.
- A diverse, global team spanning 34+ countries.
- Flexibility and autonomy to shape your work and impact.
Note on Applications: We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, even if you don’t meet every requirement. Research shows that underrepresented candidates often hesitate to apply unless they meet all criteria — if you’re excited about the role and believe you can make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
