We’re strengthening our presence in the UK and continuing to grow our Sales Development team. This role is open as one of our high-performing colleagues is progressing into a Mid-Market Account Executive position, creating an exciting opportunity to join a proven and growing team. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth across the UK&I region. As part of our SDR team, you’ll help refine and execute our go-to-market playbook, partner closely with Account Executives, and engage with strategic prospects. Location: London (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-quality top-of-funnel for your territory across the UK&I.
- Convert buying signals such as intent data, partner insights, events, and web activity into executive‑level meetings.
- Qualify meetings into sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Execute inbound and outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account strategy and outreach.
- Share best practices, messaging, and success stories with the wider team.
- Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and opportunity targets.
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement, reply rates, and conversion.

Your Profile:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a related sales role.
- Self‑driven, collaborative, and resilient with an outcome‑focused mindset.
- Clear and professional written communication and confident phone and video presence.
- Strong discipline with tools and processes.
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement platforms or willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, low‑code platforms, or the SAP ecosystem.
- Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6sense and Demandbase, CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, and Groove.
- Proven track record of booking meetings with enterprise‑level customers.
