About the Job At Neptune Software, founded in 2011 in Oslo, Norway, we empower enterprises to excel in digital transformation through our leading Neptune DX Platform. As a Senior Partner Manager for the UK & Ireland (UKI), you will lead our regional partner ecosystem expansion, driving growth and developing strategic alliances with resellers, system integrators, and technology partners. This is a senior, high-impact role where your experience and business acumen will directly shape Neptune Software’s GTM strategy and market success across the UKI region.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the partner strategy for the UKI region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners to strengthen Neptune’s regional presence.
- Develop trusted, strategic relationships with partners to jointly pursue new business opportunities.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and run co-marketing programs that generate qualified leads.
- Drive Joint Business Plans with top partners, setting clear revenue and enablement goals.
- Review partner performance regularly and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Report performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to ensure successful partner outcomes.
Your profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 9+ years of experience in partner management within the enterprise software industry.
- Experience working with indirect sales channels such as VARs, System Integrators, and Technology Partners.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing partner ecosystems in the UK and Ireland.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in partner management, ideally with enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Experience creating and executing GTM and joint business plans with strategic partners.
- Deep understanding of the UKI technology market, partner landscape, and sales cycles.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to enable and support partners effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive business decisions.
- Bonus if you bring SAP ecosystem knowledge or experience with digital transformation solutions.
