Responsibilities Infrastructure and environment automation Owning, managing, and maintaining our Continuous Integration Infrastructure Development of our monitoring and diagnostics Delivery of end-user automation solutions What makes a great candidate? PowerShell/ scripting language knowledge C#, Java, or Python β prior history as developer or the ability to code Infrastructure as Code β Ansible, Terraform or equivalent Containerisation using Docker, and orchestration via Kubernetes or Docker Swarm Monitoring with ELK, Grafana or equivalent CI/CD with TeamCity Microsoft SQL Server Windows and Linux administration experience The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our clients as well as team members Financial Services experience is a bonus, but not essential A minimum 2:1 degree obtained in Computer Science, or a related field, ideally from a Russell Group University We would also prefer you to have: Octopus Deploy Static analysis tools e.g., SonarQube Control-M Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP) VMware (vSphere) and SAN experience Additional benefits include the opportunity to have an impact from day one, work on a variety of initiatives, learn from industry experts, own technical products and projects, and exercise judgment to understand business needs.
