Business Administration Team:
The Business Administration team supports the delivery of service excellence across a wide range of streams. The team provides essential support to various departments including scheduling meetings, booking travel, managing accounts and ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
- Gatekeeping diaries and keeping abreast of stakeholders’ meeting schedules.
- Scheduling meetings, taking care of logistics and supporting with meeting preparation.
- Supporting the preparation of presentation materials.
- Screening calls, facilitating conference calls and managing ad hoc correspondence with external parties.
- Conducting ad hoc projects, research, administration, and record-keeping.
- Engaging with internal members of staff across all departments, at all times exercising a professional and approachable manner.
- Coordination of personal and business travel, including booking transport and accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
- Handle personal errands and tasks e.g. reservations, appointments and household coordination.
- Manage personal schedules alongside professional commitments.
What makes a great candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Very strong administrative and IT skills, in particular strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.
- Experience of handling highly sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
