Responsibilities
- Early Careers Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for graduates, apprentices, and interns, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Apprenticeship Attraction & Outreach: Support the design and delivery of targeted attraction activities for apprenticeships, including outreach to schools, colleges, training providers and early talent communities.
- Collaboration with Recruitment Partners: Work closely with our recruitment agency partner to deliver bespoke early careers hiring strategies.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Support the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines, tracking applications and candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), creating reports when required.
- Assessment & Selection Processes: Arrange and coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and onboarding activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Campus and Events Coordination: Liaise with schools, universities and attend campus careers events to strengthen RCM’s brand presence among top university student and apprentice talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and campus ambassadors, to ensure alignment on early careers hiring, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Programme Administration: Provide administrative and logistical support for the graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes, including managing programme schedules, induction activities, feedback collection and maintaining programme documentation.
- Continuous Improvement and Candidate Experience: Capture feedback from candidates, hiring managers and providers, and support process improvements to enhance the efficiency, fairness and overall experience of RCM’s early careers hiring.
