Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for AI Foundry, our AI-native application delivery platform, aligning priorities across commercial and engineering teams.
- Act as the primary product point of contact for senior client stakeholders across our financial services and defence engagements, translating complex business needs into a clear, actionable product vision.
- Partner closely with the internal engineering team to define, sequence and prioritise the backlog, balancing client commitments against platform scalability and reusability.
- Lead product discovery for new AI Foundry capabilities.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, performance and business value for AI Foundry initiatives, reporting progress to leadership and client sponsors.
- Manage the trade-off between bespoke client requirements and building a reusable, multi-tenant AI Foundry capability.
- Support the Management team in scoping and shaping new AI Foundry engagements, including input into proposals, pricing and statements of work.
- Ensure product delivery adheres to relevant regulatory, security and governance requirements across our regulated client base.
What makes a great candidate:
- A proven track record as a Product Manager delivering business-critical applications and/or software engineering platforms.
- Experience engaging with senior, C-suite or Director-level client stakeholders, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex commercial relationships.
- Strong technical fluency in AI concepts, especially LLMs and their deployment in production environments, sufficient to challenge and collaborate credibly with engineering and data science teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to flex confidently between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and prioritise a product roadmap that balances multiple client needs against a shared platform.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience contributing to proposals, scoping exercises or business cases.
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment.
- An Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject.
