In addition to our own store network, we also have highly valued franchise and wholesale partners reaching from top-to-toe in the UK and Ireland, so we can reach those customers who don't live quite so close to our stores. As we continue to develop our wholesale and new business strategy in the UK and Europe, we're now looking for an exceptional Wholesale and International Sales Administrator to join us.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to day-to-day partner enquiries, monitor incoming enquiries and assist with qualifying leads.
  • Supporting with new business development projects throughout the whole critical path from initial concept through an opening.
  • Assisting with preparing for seasonal launches by organising product data, pricing updates, and forecasting.
  • Liaising with internal teams (design, production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of international and wholesale strategies.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and orderbook management.
  • Maintaining accurate partner details including distribution lists and account information.

We're looking for someone who sets themselves high standards and who genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding service. Your natural enthusiasm and positivity will make you stand out as a candidate for the role. You will need to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You'll bring previous experience within an administration role and exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, along with being system savvy in all MS packages. You'll be part of a highly focused and friendly team, based at our stunning offices in Swindon, Wiltshire.
