  • Preparing surfaces through sanding, caulking and finishing techniques
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately
  • Maintaining spray booths, tools, machinery and workspaces to the highest standards

Who we're looking for:

You'll already have experience within a spraying, finishing or furniture production environment and understand the importance of craftsmanship, consistency and attention to detail. You will bring knowledge of finishing practices including sanding, caulking and decorating and understanding of air and water filtration relating to spray waste materials. Ideally, you'll have the ability to read and understand technical drawings and take a collaborative and adaptable approach to your work. It's important that you set yourself high standards and have a willingness to learn new techniques and ways of working. Most importantly, you'll be someone who is warm, dependable and committed - someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in contributing to a business built on quality, care and craftsmanship.

Alongside your core responsibilities, you may occasionally support other operational areas of the business - including Installations, Distribution or wider Production functions - depending on business needs. Flexibility across early, mid and late shift patterns may also be required at times, with appropriate notice and support provided.

In return we offer competitive salaries and a great range of benefits.
