As part of our Central Design Services team, the Central Designer plays an important role in shaping beautifully considered kitchen and multi-room spaces that are as practical as they are enduring. Working across a variety of retail, commercial, marketing and multi-plot projects, you'll bring technical precision, careful attention to detail and a collaborative approach to every design solution ensuring each scheme is buildable, aligned with our brand standards, and crafted to support the homes we create.
We're now looking for a Central Designer to join the team, someone who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine appreciation for thoughtful, well-crafted interiors. Comfortable managing multiple live briefs at once, you'll take pride in producing accurate, detailed design solutions that balance creativity, functionality and consistency. Responsibilities include:
- Creating accurate, thoughtfully considered designs that bring Neptune spaces to life with both practicality and precision.
- Managing multiple projects with care and organisation, ensuring designs are delivered consistently, accurately and in line with project timelines.
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and supporting documentation that reflect Neptune's design and installation standards.
- Working collaboratively with teams across the business to refine designs, solve challenges and support smooth project delivery and installation.
- Continue to develop technical knowledge and contribute to the ongoing improvement of design processes, standards and ways of working.
You’ll bring previous experience as a designer with exposure in a kitchen or interiors environment, comfortable producing accurate drawings and specifications using AutoKitchen or similar software. With a strong understanding of kitchen construction and joinery, you will bring care, precision and spatial awareness to everything you do. Organised and collaborative, you're happy managing multiple projects, taking ownership of your work and continually refining your technical skills in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
