Day to day, you will:

  • Act as the go-to expert for kitchen and whole-home design services, ensuring consistency, technical excellence, and brand standards across all design stores.
  • Coach, support, and inspire Design Leads and Designers through clear direction, regular project reviews, and hands-on problem solving.
  • Champion world class customer experience while balancing commercial targets, operational efficiency, and flawless project delivery.
  • Bridge design stores and central design teams, stepping up for the Head of Design Stores when needed and helping shape the future of design services across the area.

A little about you

You will bring leadership experience within a design-led environment, confidently managing projects across multiple sites with strong organisation and attention to detail.
