It’s where great food, good company, and warm hospitality come together to create a little haven of calm and comfort.

- Coaching and development - sharing your knowledge openly, helping the team grow their understanding of our menu and service standards
- Operational support - assisting with food service, managing deliveries, stock, and quality control, as well as opening and closing procedures
- Customer experience - keeping the café spotless and running smoothly, always doing that little extra to make every visit memorable
- Quality control - ensuring every dish and drink is prepared and served to our exacting recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
You’ll bring experience supervising a small hospitality team, ideally in a busy café environment and exceptional organisational skills with a natural passion for food and service. We’re looking for someone that demonstrates natural enthusiasm, energy, and excellent communication skills. You’ll ideally bring a strong understanding of food safety and health & safety standards would be a fantastic bonus. You’ll need the ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends-our café is open seven days a week.
If you’re ready to step into a role where your leadership and culinary skills help shape a café that feels like a second home-for both team and customers-we’d love to hear from you.
