We're looking for a skilled and detail-focused Production Paint Sprayer to join our Production team in Swindon, Wiltshire on a full time, permanent basis. Working within our spray booths, you'll help bring bespoke furniture and customised components to life, ensuring every finish reflects the premium quality our customers expect from Neptune. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is motivated by delivering exceptional standards every day.
Reporting to the UK Production Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day spraying and finishing of bespoke furniture and assemblies while maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Spraying customised and bespoke furniture components to a consistently high standard
- Completing work within scheduled timeframes using provided specifications and documentation
- Preparing surfaces through sanding, caulking and finishing techniques
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately
- Maintaining spray booths, tools, machinery and workspaces to the highest standards
- Supporting quality control and continuous improvement processes
