This is a role for someone who cares deeply about how things are made, where they come from and how they stand the test of time. You'll sit at the heart of our product journey, ensuring that every design is safe, compliant, beautifully executed and responsibly produced. You'll work closely with our Product, Design, Merchandising, Manufacturing and Operations teams - as well as our trusted suppliers - to ensure our products meet the highest technical, legal and ethical standards.

Your role will include:

  • Leading product compliance and quality from concept to launch, ensuring correct materials, tolerances, testing, packaging requirements, and robust documentation (BOMs, specifications, AIs, technical files) to guarantee safety, longevity, traceability, and quality.
  • Partnering closely with Category Managers, Designers, Legal, and the Head of Product at briefing, sampling, and implementation stages, supporting supplier selection, validation, and insight-led decision-making.
