Home Specialist - Part Time

We\’re excited to welcome a Home Specialist to our wonderful Farnham team, on a part time basis, working every Sunday each week, 7 hours a day. Focusing on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers and creating a memorable experience through their in-depth product knowledge and passion for great design and interiors. Responsibilities include: Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions using your product knowledge whilst offering advice and guidance in the selection of suitable products Processing sales and communicating accurate information, including creating purchase orders from suppliers and quotations for customers Supporting in improving and maintaining brand standards on visual display and merchandising to meet our company guidelines Organising meetings for our in-house Designers to support with kitchen and home design appointments. Following Neptune policies and procedures to maintain our stock, cash handling and customer records Supporting with maintaining the upkeep of our stores, ensuring they are presented to our brand standards With this role covering weekend days, its important you have the flexibility to support our team during our busy weekend periods.
