We're looking for a warm and personable Design Assistant to join our superb team within our stunning Showroom in Knutsford on a permanent basis working 40 hours over 5 days of the week. You'll be someone who loves making people feel welcome, has exceptional customer service experience, an eye for interiors, and brings energy and organisation to everything you do.
What you'll be doing:
- Support our Designers with both creative work and the day-to-day administration that brings each project together.
- Work closely with customers in store, delivering a warm, thoughtful experience while preparing design presentation packs and assisting Installation Project Managers from initial concept through to completion.
- Carry out design reviews and process orders.
- Be the first point of contact for after-care enquiries, ensuring every detail is considered.
- Support the wider team's development by sharing and building design knowledge across the store.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and revise CAD-based designs and quotations.
