We are looking for a Cafe Host (Barista) to join our team on a part-time (14 hours a week) basis. Whether it's crafting the perfect flat white, helping a guest choose from our seasonal menu, or keeping the cafe looking immaculate - you'll be part of a naturally engaging team that creates a little of 'wow' with every visit.

  • Creating a brilliant customer experience - using your knowledge and initiative to guide guests through our food and drink offering with genuine warmth.
  • Delivering excellent coffee - using your barista skills to prepare and serve consistently high-quality drinks with care and confidence.
  • Running smooth cafe operations - from taking and processing orders quickly and accurately, to following food safety standards and keeping things flowing behind the scenes.
  • Keeping things beautiful - making sure our café looks as good as it tastes with stunning visual merchandising and presentation.
  • Being a proud ambassador for us - sharing your passion for our café, our products, and everything we stand for.

You bring previous barista experience (if you've worked in a café or customer-facing role, even better) and a love for great food and coffee, and the energy to share it with others. You'll also have flexibility to work across weekends and weekdays (we're open seven days a week).
