The Role

Supporting the day-to-day management and optimisation of our ecommerce site, you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class online experience that drives performance while staying true to our brand. You will take ownership of selected product categories, ensuring they are carefully merchandised, fully optimised and presented with accurate, compelling content. From supporting product launches to building promotions and maintaining key areas of the site, you will ensure everything is delivered thoughtfully and on time.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising assigned product categories, with a focus on merchandising, imagery and product data
  • Supporting onsite launches, coordinating timelines and ensuring smooth execution
  • Building promotional activity and updating key site areas in line with the marketing calendar
  • Monitoring website performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, conversion and customer engagement
  • Using merchandising and recommendation tools to enhance product discovery and increase basket value
  • Managing day-to-day website operations, resolving issues and maintaining a smooth customer experience
  • Keeping product content and imagery accurate and up to date
  • Continuously refining customer journeys with a focus on intent and ease

About You

You will bring a considered, detail-focused approach, alongside a genuine interest in ecommerce and customer experience. With previous experience in an ecommerce role, you will have a strong understanding of online trading and website performance, ideally with some familiarity with Shopify. Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Microsoft Clarity, you will be confident interpreting data and turning insights into action. Highly organised and deadline-driven, you will be able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details, while maintaining a strong grasp of ecommerce content and product information systems. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you will also bring curiosity, a desire to learn and grow, and a customer-first mindset in everything you do.

Why Neptune?

Joining Neptune means joining a community of thoughtful, skilled, design-loving people. You will work with beautiful products, be part of meaningful projects, and help customers create homes that feel truly personal. And you will do it with the support of a brand built on craftsmanship, honesty and timeless style. In return we offer competitive salaries and a great range of benefits.
