Day to day, you will:

  • Lead performance across a regional design pipeline, converting opportunities into sales while protecting margin, quality, and customer trust.
  • Act as the go-to expert for kitchen and whole-home design services, ensuring consistency, technical excellence, and brand standards across all design stores.
  • Coach, support, and inspire Design Leads and Designers through clear direction, regular project reviews, and hands-on problem solving.
  • Champion world class customer experience while balancing commercial targets, operational efficiency, and flawless project delivery.
  • Bridge design stores and central design teams, stepping up for the Head of Design Stores when needed and helping shape the future of design services across the area.

A little about you

You will bring leadership experience within a design-led environment, confidently managing projects across multiple sites with strong organisation and attention to detail. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and project systems, you communicate clearly and collaborate effortlessly, adapting to changing priorities with a proactive, calm approach. Passionate about exceptional customer service, you contribute ideas that evolve our design services, while handling high-value projects, negotiations, and challenges with confidence, care, and professionalism. Our store is open 7 days of the week, so it is important that you have the flexibility to work during the week and weekends too.
