To strengthen our production team we are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our dedicated bespoke workshop team in Swindon. We\’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role where every detail matters, and teamwork drives success. At the heart of our premium brand is a passion for craftsmanship, quality, and people. Working closely with our UK Manufacturing Leadership team, you\’ll be instrumental in helping us meet growing demand by delivering excellence in every product we create.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily operations on the workshop floor and supporting your team to hit production goals.
- Ensuring every product meets the highest standards before it leaves our building-right first time, every time.
- Working with the CAD team to keep designs accurate and production flowing.
- Leading by example: assigning tasks, coaching new starters, and conducting monthly 1-2-1s with your team.
- Supporting continuous improvement-helping us work smarter, reduce waste, and grow our capabilities.
- Playing a key role in keeping our team safe, supported, and engaged.
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
You\’re someone who brings energy, positivity, and a practical mindset to your work every day. You\’re confident communicating at all levels and naturally take initiative when solving problems or supporting others. You understand what it takes to deliver a premium product-and you care about doing things the right way.
You\’ll bring experience in supervising or leading teams in a production, workshop, or manufacturing setting. You\’ll also have a strong understanding of tools, materials, and production processes (especially woodwork or finishing) and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Along with an organised and logical approach with a keen eye for detail, you\’ll also have a naturally collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and improving. This is a permanent position based at our workshop in Swindon, Wiltshire working Monday to Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm.
