We believe beautiful homes begin with thoughtful craftsmanship. Every piece of furniture we create is made to stand the test of time - carefully considered, expertly finished and crafted with pride. We're looking for a skilled and detail-focused Production Paint Sprayer to join our Production team in Swindon, Wiltshire on a full time, permanent basis.

Working within our spray booths, you'll help bring bespoke furniture and customised components to life, ensuring every finish reflects the premium quality our customers expect from Neptune. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is motivated by delivering exceptional standards every day. Reporting to the UK Production Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day spraying and finishing of bespoke furniture and assemblies while maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Spraying customised and bespoke furniture components to a consistently high standard
  • Completing work within scheduled timeframes using provided specifications and documentation
  • Preparing surfaces through sanding, caulking and finishing techniques
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately
  • Maintaining spray booths, tools, machinery and workspaces to the highest standards
  • Supporting quality control and continuous improvement through accurate data collection
  • Reporting defects, faults or safety concerns promptly to your Team Leader
  • Following all health and safety procedures carefully and responsibly
  • Supporting colleagues and wider operational teams when required

Who we're looking for:

You'll already have experience within a spraying, finishing or furniture production environment and understand the importance of craftsmanship, consistency and attention to detail. You will bring knowledge of finishing practices including sanding, caulking and decorating and understanding of air and water filtration relating to spray waste materials. Ideally, you'll have the ability to read and understand technical drawings and take a collaborative and adaptable approach to your work. It's important that you set yourself high standards and have a willingness to learn new techniques and ways of working. Most importantly, you'll be someone who is warm, dependable and committed - someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in contributing to a business built on quality, care and craftsmanship.

Alongside your core responsibilities, you may occasionally support other operational areas of the business - including Installations, Distribution or wider Production functions - depending on business needs. Flexibility across early, mid and late shift patterns may also be required at times, with appropriate notice and support provided.

What Benefits we can offer you:

At Neptune, we value our employees for always going above and beyond; we reward them by offering more than just a competitive salary:

  • Generous Holiday Allowance
  • Life Assurance
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Generous new item and outlet discounts

  • Your birthday day off
  • Day off if you become a Grandparent
  • A week off to celebrate a life event
