We're delighted to be opening Neptune Newcastle very soon, and are looking for a warm, personable Client Experience Lead to join our team in our beautiful new showroom in Newcastle. This is a permanent role, available on a full time basis, working 40 hours across 5 days each week.

You'll be someone who loves making people feel welcome, has exceptional customer service experience, and a keen eye for interior design.
