As we continue to grow-both online and through our network of stores, we\’re looking for a Ecommerce Merchandiser to help us create a beautifully seamless journey for our customers, from homepage to basket and beyond.

This role sits at the heart of our ecommerce team, working closely with creatives, marketers, planners, and developers to ensure every product is thoughtfully presented, every detail is accurate, and every click brings our customer closer to home. • Working collaboratively across teams to shape meaningful customer journeys across every digital touchpoint
  • Maintaining our site navigation, category pages and product listings with clarity, intention and purpose
  • Ensuring product details, imagery and content are accurate, up to date, and on-brand

We\’re looking for someone who\’s as passionate about the digital experience as we are about interiors. You\’ll need to have previous ecommerce experience within an omni-channel environment, a strong understanding of how high-end online retail operates, and solid CRO experience. Confidence using tools like Shopify and Google Analytics is also essential. You\’ll be someone with a curious, analytical mindset – enjoying digging into data and finding ways to improve.

It\’s important that you have strong organisation and time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects calmly and efficiently alongside impeccable attention to detail – as the little things really do matter to us. Naturally you\’ll bring a collaborative nature and a drive to put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

We\’re a business built on thoughtful decisions and timeless ideas, and our team is one of the things we\’re proudest of. If you\’re looking for a place where calm heads, clever thinking and genuine collaboration are valued-you\’ll feel at home here.
