You\’ll be someone who\’s as confident in crafting a strategy as they are in rolling up their sleeves and getting into the data. You\’ll take the lead on all things paid media-across search, social, and emerging digital channels. Working closely with our agency partners and in-house creatives, you\’ll design and deliver campaigns that do more than just drive clicks. You\’ll create meaningful moments that introduce new audiences to Neptune, and inspire existing customers to return. As our Digital Marketing Lead you\’ll play a pivotal role in our growth story-supporting both our e-commerce performance and our beautiful stores across the UK. Based at our stunning support office in Swindon, Wiltshire, with hybrid working. Day to day you\’ll be responsible for: Shaping and owning our full-funnel paid digital strategy Overseeing campaign planning, budgeting, and optimisation across all digital paid channels Working hands-on with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and beyond Collaborating with our agency to ensure best-in-class delivery and consistent brand expression Designing testing frameworks to understand what\’s working (and what isn\’t) and aligning digital efforts with our product, e-commerce and merchandising strategies Reporting on performance in a way that\’s clear, insightful, and actionable Exploring new platforms and tools with curiosity and commercial savvy Leading and developing team members with care, clarity, and conviction We are looking for someone who has solid, hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns and a strong understanding of premium brands. You will also be comfortable speaking to performance metrics as you are to creative expression as you collaborate across various teams and departments. It\’s important that you know your way around attribution models, incrementality testing, and feed management and bring a commercial mindset. You\’ll also take pride in supporting and leading others and helping them do their best work.
