We're looking for a warm and personable Design Advisor to join our superb team within our stunning Showroom in Bury St Edmunds a permanent, part time basis working 16 hours over 2 days of the week.

You'll be someone who loves making people feel welcome, has exceptional customer service experience, a keen eye for interiors, and brings energy and organisation to everything you do.

What you'll be doing As a Design Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, offering a warm welcome and thoughtful guidance as they explore everything from gifting and home styling to whole-home collections and kitchen design services.

With a natural eye for interiors and a genuine passion for service, you'll help customers feel confident, inspired and supported throughout their Neptune journey.

Day to day, you'll: Deliver a warm and welcoming experience, greeting customers, offering refreshments, and guiding them through the showroom.

Understand each customer's needs, offering thoughtful advice on gifting, styling, furniture, kitchens, and materials.

Handle sales and enquiries confidently, processing orders, preparing quotations, and liaising with suppliers when required.

Promote our whole-home philosophy and kitchen design service in a natural, consultative way.

Provide excellent customer care, resolving enquiries or concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.

Maintain beautiful showroom standards, ensuring visual merchandising and presentation reflect our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Support local marketing and events, including social media activity, appointment coordination, and customer follow-ups to build lasting relationships.

A little about you You'll have experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine love for interiors, with a natural confidence when it comes to colour, fabrics and styling.

You enjoy getting to know customers, listening carefully and offering thoughtful advice that helps bring their ideas for home to life.

You're organised and comfortable using tools such as Excel and Outlook, and you're motivated by achieving results while always keeping the customer experience at the heart of what you do.

Most importantly, you're warm, approachable and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
