ABOUT THE ROLE: Nephila is seeking a Sales Assistant | Partner Capital to support the Investor Relations Team (known as the Partner Capital Team). This is an entry‑level role designed for a highly motivated candidate interested in institutional sales, investor relations, and alternative investments. The role provides hands‑on exposure to capital raising and investor engagement, with responsibilities spanning lead generation, research, CRM management, and sales support. This position offers a strong foundation for career development within asset management.

In this role, you will:

  • Research and identify prospective institutional investors and consultants
  • Support outreach initiatives, including email communications and coordination of meetings
  • Support the Partner Capital Team during client meetings, keeping track of action items, taking notes, and scheduling follow‑ups
  • Assist in monitoring market trends, investor activity, and competitive landscape
  • Provide general support to the Partner Capital Team on fundraising initiatives and assist in ad hoc projects where needed
  • Work closely with internal teams to support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for investor meetings

ABOUT YOU: You are highly organized and detail‑oriented; you are passionate about supporting a sales team and raising capital; you possess excellent communication and writing skills; you are able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (QUALIFICATIONS): You have a Bachelor's degree; strong interest in financial markets, asset management, or alternative investments; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; highly preferred: experience in financial services, consulting, sales support, or research; familiarity with CRM systems.
