Every day, our teams provide a warm welcome, practical support and a listening ear to men in custody and the families who visit them.

We are looking for an experienced and approachable Team Leader to oversee our service at HMP Durham Visitor Centre.

This is an opportunity to lead a committed team, support the day-to-day running of the service and maintain strong working relationships with prison colleagues.

We are looking for someone who can lead confidently, support others and keep a busy service running effectively.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at the appropriate level for the role.

Other checks, including prison security clearance, will also be required.
