NEP is seeking a senior finance leader to build and lead a disciplined, best‑in‑class Investor Relations and Finance Communications function. This high‑impact role within Group Commercial Finance serves as the central point of coordination for shareholder and lender communications, shaping the financial narrative of the business and ensuring consistent, controlled and compelling communication across all investor audiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including CFO scripts, presentations and Q&A.
- Coordinate budget and forecast deep‑drop sessions with investors.
- Maintain a central repository of investor questions and approved responses.
- Ensure the external narrative aligns with the company’s value creation plan and long‑term exit strategy.
- Own the quarterly lender reporting pack (financials, covenant compliance, liquidity).
- Coordinate lender queries and ensure consistent, controlled responses.
- Support refinancing processes, amendments and related communications.
- Maintain a robust audit trail of external communications.
- Lead the end‑to‑end quarterly reporting and update process.
- Develop forward‑looking commentary appropriate for lenders and stakeholders.
- Anticipate key performance questions and prepare structured responses.
- Ensure appropriate governance, review and sign‑off prior to circulation.
- Maintain an institutional Q&A library to support refinancing and exit processes.
- Support data room preparation and narrative consistency.
- Partner with executive leadership and shareholders on exit positioning and messaging.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8–15+ years’ experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or within a private equity portfolio environment.
- Strong understanding of leverage structures, covenant reporting and financial forecasting.
- Experience interacting with private equity investors and lenders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex financial information into clear narratives.
- High judgement and discretion in sensitive disclosure environments.
- Executive presence, credibility and the ability to operate effectively at Board level.
