NEP Group is seeking a commercially sharp, transformation-focused Commercial Finance Director to lead global value-creation initiatives across a complex, multi-territory business. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with no month-end responsibility - focused on driving growth, improving ROCE, strengthening commercial rigour, and enabling smarter investment decisions at Group level.
Vauxhall, London (Hybrid - 2 days per week + international travel)
What you'll do:
- Lead the finance agenda for a global transformation programme, improving KPI visibility, automation and data systemisation
- Own global investment appraisals and capital allocation governance, partnering with regional teams to coordinate bid submissions with tracking to improve capital allocation decisions
- Drive commercial excellence across bids and pricing through robust modelling and scenario analysis
- Lead ROCE-focused business performance reviews with regional leaders
- Shape global business cases for strategic initiatives, new products and market entry
- Support rollout of workforce planning tools and scalable performance frameworks
- Act as a trusted partner to Group Strategy, regional GMs and executive sponsors
