Creative Technology UK Ltd is seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to lead operations at London's Tobacco Dock in the Docklands. As a key member of the Event Delivery Team, the successful candidate will oversee the AV supply at this premier event space, ensuring every event aligns with CT's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the AV supply and technical delivery for events at Tobacco Dock.
- Ensure events meet CT's standards for quality, safety, and service.
- Lead and manage the Event Delivery Team, coordinating resources and schedules.
- Drive client engagement, stakeholder communication, and on-site problem solving.
- Work autonomously with sound decision-making and escalate issues to senior leadership when necessary.
