As a BI & Data Insights Analyst, you will be the engine room of our data transformation. Reporting to the Solution Design & BI Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-impact analytics—from the heavy lifting of data cleaning and ETL automation to the creative design of intuitive Power BI dashboards. You will work at the heart of our global operations, turning fragmented, unstructured data into a standardized "single source of truth." Your goal is to make data accessible and indispensable, helping the business move away from manual spreadsheets toward a sophisticated, KPI-led culture. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards delivering timely, actionable insights to global stakeholders.
- Perform advanced data cleansing, transformation, and ETL automation using Power Query and related tools to standardize disparate data sources.
- Translate business objectives into clearly defined, reliable KPIs and metrics, ensuring consistent interpretation across the organization.
- Develop and optimize automated data pipelines to eliminate manual reporting and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough data validation, QA, and UAT to ensure accuracy and trust in all BI outputs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver clear, meaningful data storytelling in plain language.
- Maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries and process documentation, to support scalability and governance.
Position Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or analytics, with a strong portfolio of Power BI projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX, including complex measures and data models.
- Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, Power Pivot, and data modeling).
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and extracting data from relational databases.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with unstructured or imperfect data.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making with data.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience); project-based or media/broadcast experience is a plus.
