NeoXam is looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional to manage and close new logos. The focus will be on growing the business in the UK market, primarily for buy-side clients (Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Asset Servicers), working closely with the EMEA team. He/she will have overall responsibility for the region’s sales and third-party alliances.
MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Build your territory plan by identifying and qualifying leads in your market, creating a solid sales pipeline.
- Increase NeoXam’s market presence and brand awareness through industry events, campaigns, and outreach.
- Respond to tenders and proposals and coordinate with the different stakeholders within NeoXam’s team to define the best strategy and make compelling business proposals aligned with the prospects’ needs.
- Negotiate and finalize business proposals until successful signature and contract award.
- Maintain structured pipeline management leveraging NeoXam’s CRM (Salesforce).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Solid experience in sales, pre-sales, or consultancy in the field of financial software.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Proven track record in account management and business development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong network.
- Self-starter, able to work independently while understanding the importance of effective cooperation with team members as well as stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Knowledge of the main players in data management within the financial industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems and Data Management Systems is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
