We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist in warehouse logistics, as the successful candidate you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity across warehouse functions. Your primary responsibility is to identify, lead, and support small-scale CI initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving overall performance.

You will facilitate and run Kaizen events, engage cross-functional teams, and use data-driven approaches to analyse cycle times and workflow bottlenecks. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will work closely with warehouse staff and leadership to implement practical solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead small Kaizen events and improvement workshops
  • Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities
  • Analyse processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools
  • Drive root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement optimized workflows through cycle time analysis
  • Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and operational inefficiencies
  • Provide a Weekly report out to operational teams
  • Promote Lean principles and CI methodologies across the warehouse.
  • Track and report on the impact of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and essentials

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of work experience with minimum of 2 years.
  • A strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
