Neosurf is looking for an exceptional, highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Group CEO, at the heart of an international payments business. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to a busy, ever-changing agenda. If you are confident managing priorities, owning high-volume inboxes and making things happen behind the scenes, this is your moment to shine. The Executive Assistant will be the CEO’s trusted partner and champion, ensuring their time, focus, and energy are directed towards the highest priorities. The CEO manages a wide and shifting set of priorities and requires an EA who can bring structure, clarity and calm, while working collaboratively across the organisation.

A major and critical component of this role is the active management of multiple high-volume inboxes. This is not light-touch email handling — it requires confidence, judgement and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume email inboxes: prioritize, respond, delegate, and escalate.
  • Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize the CEO’s complex, time-zone-spanning diary.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle travel logistics.
  • Support decision-making with reminders and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with leadership for alignment on commercial and compliance activities.
  • Provide personal support as needed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant to senior executives.
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in managing complex inboxes.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and attention to detail.
Desirable
  • Experience in the payments, regulatory or financial industry.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
