What is the Role?

Focused on New Business and account management of Media and Broadcast and Gaming businesses, this role provides the opportunity to lead highly skilled teams through the sales cycle of transformation-led long-term deals to successful conclusion. Reporting to the Carrier Sales Director, will have accountability for identifying, qualifying and setting the approach for their Major Projects and for engaging directly with the customer. Commercially aware, the Account Director will be comfortable dealing within complexity and managing stakeholders at CxO level.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the Wholesale telecoms sector as a leader, influencer and winner of significant sales opportunities.
  • Direct or matrix leadership of multi-disciplined teams within a New Business sales environment.
  • Strong, demonstrable experience of identifying and developing bids with both new and existing customers.
  • A good understanding of the industry and markets in which Neos Networks operates.
  • Ability to work with executive level internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment around opportunities.
  • Forecasting accuracy through the sales cycle of each Major Project.
