We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Site Operations Co-ordinator to join our team and play a vital role in coordinating property and site activities across our operational estate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in property management, facilities, telecoms operations, or contractor coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

As a Site Operations Co-ordinator, you'll act as the key link between suppliers, contractors and internal teams, ensuring site access requests, maintenance activities and compliance requirements are managed efficiently and safely.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Site Access & Contractor Coordination
  • Managing third-party contractor access requests across our operational sites.
  • Coordinating access arrangements, including permits, site inductions, keys, letters of authority and escort requirements.
  • Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to agree suitable access dates.
  • Reviewing and tracking supporting documentation, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Ensuring all access activities are communicated, documented and completed in line with safety and compliance requirements.
  • Escalating operational issues, safety concerns and documentation gaps where required.
  • Site Maintenance & Operational Support
  • Coordinating and overseeing the annual site maintenance programme.
  • Reviewing contractor reports and maintaining accurate records within Service Now.
  • Managing reactive site incidents and coordinating resources to support timely resolution.
  • Supporting contractor performance reviews and helping drive continuous improvement.
  • Working collaboratively with operational, property and supplier management teams to maintain service excellence.

  • Experience within property management, facilities management, telecoms site operations, or a similar operational coordination role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
