In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the design, development, and delivery of training solutions, bringing your expertise and high performance in training environments to deliver impactful initiatives and exceptional results. This role includes delivery of power skills training, on-boarding programmes, IT systems, leadership programmes, and business processes training Offer suggestions for training techniques and delivery methods, using cost-effective approaches to meet client needs Facilitate training globally, with live web-based sessions, and potential face-to-face training delivery, in the future Assist in course design and content creation for web-based, face-to-face, and E-Learning packages Ensure training programmes are delivered successfully to the relevant target audience, advise, and recommend alternative training methods, if required, to improve impact of training Collect and review feedback from clients on training participation, training delivery, and report potential improvement opportunities to Senior Management Essential skills include professionalism, self-motivation, hardworking, ability to use own initiative, excellent communication skills, teamwork, flexible working hours, a readiness to travel (if necessary), an enthusiastic and infectious personality In line with Neoskill’s employment strategy, this position is NOT suitable for candidates with a background in contracting, self-employment, or business ownership. Collaborate with the training team to ensure alignment with Neoskill’s business goals. Policies and Procedures Follow relevant policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to maintain a controlled and consistent workflow. This is a home-based role requiring virtual training sessions to global clients. Given the international scope of the role, flexible working hours are required, as they may not always align with a standard 9am-5:30pm UK schedule. In the future there may be an opportunity to travel to client sites, including international travel, for in-person training deliveries. A formal degree or training qualification is preferred Minimum of three years’ experience in a training role with responsibility for delivery Proven experience in training diverse teams and delivering successful learning outcomes is essential Founded in 1997, Neoskill specialises in providing training across various industries. We collaborate closely with clients to design, develop, and deliver customised training solutions tailored to their needs. Our clientele includes renowned organisations such as BT, Santander, Cisco Systems, London School of Economics, The Science Museum Group, Fortinet, Network International, Accor and Credit Suisse. Training is delivered in relation to the client’s specific requirements. Neoskill delivers live training sessions - face-to-face and web-based - and develops simulations, VoDs, and E-Learning packages.
