In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the design, development, and delivery of training solutions, bringing your expertise and high performance in training environments to deliver impactful initiatives and exceptional results.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Deliver training material to attendees in a variety of organisations, in a range of industries.
  • This role includes delivery of power skills training, on-boarding programmes, IT systems, leadership programmes, and business processes training.
  • Deliver training to team members, managers, and leaders, equipping them with tools and strategies to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Offer suggestions for training techniques and delivery methods, using cost-effective approaches to meet client needs.
  • Facilitate training globally, with live web-based sessions, and potential face-to-face training delivery, in the future.
  • Assist in course design and content creation for web-based, face-to-face, and E-Learning packages.
  • Ensure training programmes are delivered successfully to the relevant target audience, advise, and recommend alternative training methods, if required, to improve impact of training.
  • Collect and review feedback from clients on training participation, training delivery, and report potential improvement opportunities to Senior Management.

Essential skills include professionalism, self-motivation, hardworking, ability to use own initiative, excellent communication skills, teamwork, flexible working hours, a readiness to travel (if necessary), an enthusiastic and infectious personality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Collaborate with the training team to ensure alignment with Neoskill’s business goals.
  • Policies and Procedures: Follow relevant policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to maintain a controlled and consistent workflow.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: This is a home-based role requiring virtual training sessions to global clients. Given the international scope of the role, flexible working hours are required, as they may not always align with a standard 9am-5:30pm UK schedule. In the future there may be an opportunity to travel to client sites, including international travel, for in-person training deliveries.

Education & Experience

  • A formal degree or training qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a training role with responsibility for delivery.
  • Proven experience in training diverse teams and delivering successful learning outcomes is essential.
