Specific Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training programmes to participants across a diverse range of organisations and industry sectors.
  • Facilitate and develop power skills courses, onboarding programmes, IT systems training, leadership programmes and business process training.
  • Equip team members, managers and senior leaders with practical tools and strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Apply creative, forward-thinking approaches when recommending training techniques and delivery methods, ensuring solutions are cost-effective and aligned with client requirements.
  • Deliver live virtual training to global audiences, primarily through platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Webex.
  • Support the design and development of courses, including web-based training content and e-learning packages.
  • Ensure each training programme is tailored to its intended audience and delivered successfully, recommending alternative approaches where they could strengthen learning outcomes and impact.
  • Gather and evaluate client feedback on participation and delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and reporting recommendations to senior management.

Expected Responsibilities

  • Work with the training team to support Neoskill’s business goals.
  • Deliver training in accordance with Neoskill’s quality standards, policies and client requirements.

Day-to-Day Operations

Initially home-based, the role involves delivering online training to global clients. Flexibility is essential to accommodate international time zones, including the Middle East and USA so working hours may fall outside the standard UK schedule. As your role develops, you will receive training to deliver in-person sessions for clients worldwide.

Education & Experience

  • A formal degree or training qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in delivery of training sessions.
  • Proven experience in training diverse teams and delivering successful learning outcomes.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage for supporting our Middle Eastern clients, although not essential.
  • For optimal remote team connection, a Midlands or South England location is essential.
