We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Neoskill training team as a permanent trainer. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the design, development, and delivery of training solutions, bringing your expertise and high performance in training environments to deliver impactful initiatives and exceptional results.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
- Deliver training material to attendees in a variety of organisations, in a range of industries
- This role includes delivery of power skills training, on-boarding programmes, IT systems, and business processes training
- Deliver training to team members, managers, and leaders, equipping them with tools and strategies to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
- Use \’out of the box\’ thinking to offer suggestions for training techniques and delivery methods, utilising cost-effective approaches to meet client requirements
- Primarily facilitate training globally, via live online sessions, using platforms such as MS Teams and Webex. Secondly upskill to deliver in-person training, at client sites, in the future
- Assist in course design and content creation for web-based and E-Learning packages
- Ensure training programmes are delivered successfully to the relevant target audience, advise, and recommend alternative training methods, if required, to improve impact of training
- Collect and review feedback from clients on training participation, training delivery and report potential improvement opportunities to Senior Management

Day-to-Day Operations
This is a home-based role requiring online training delivery to global clients. Given the scope of Neoskill\’s client base, the role requires flexible working hours. Time zones may differ to UK and therefore they may not always align with a standard 9am-5.30pm schedule. As you progress in your role, you will be upskilled to deliver in-person training sessions to global clients.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A formal degree or training qualification is preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a training role with responsibility for delivery
- Proven experience in training diverse teams and delivering successful learning outcomes
