About NeosAlpha
NeosAlpha is a trusted digital transformation partner for enterprise clients across the UK, USA, and Australia. Founded in 2017 with a 100% project success rate, we are a specialist team of over 200 certified experts focused on one thing: delivering digital excellence.
Our core value proposition is enabling intelligent, connected enterprises. We are the "system integration experts" who break down data silos and automate complex business processes. We specialize in:
- Digital Integration (iPaaS, API, Microservices, RPA)
- Enterprise Applications & Automation
- Data & Analytics
- Cloud-Native Solutions
Our stability and growth are built on deep, strategic partnerships with the world's leading technology platforms. We are a recognized Google Cloud Application Development Partner, a trusted Boomi Partner, and a key Intapp Integration Partner, giving us unparalleled access and credibility within these powerful ecosystems. Our customer perception is our strongest asset, with clients like Convex, Vodafone, and British Airways praising our deep technical knowledge and flexible, results-driven approach.
Wanting to become a Founder sometime in the near future? This opportunity might just prepare you for it. By enabling you to work closely with a seasoned technical founder. Aspiring to become a founder in the future? This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with a seasoned technical founder, gaining strategic and hands-on exposure to business growth, client engagement, and technology leadership — experience that can serve as a strong foundation for your own entrepreneurial journey.
We’re looking for a commercially savvy professional to work directly with the Founder to expand NeosAlpha’s footprint in enterprise transformation — cloud, integration, and AI-driven data services. Think of this as a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and strategic growth.
You’ll lead the early part of the client journey — spotting the right prospects, framing conversations, and co-creating proposals that bring our platform expertise (Boomi, Apigee, Workato, NetSuite, GCP, Azure, Agentic AI) to life. Once opportunities move to deep solutioning, the Founder and technical leaders take over — you stay close to the relationship, helping keep the momentum and narrative consistent until closure.
This is less about cold-calling or quotas. It’s about building market presence, translating curiosity into qualified conversations, and ensuring we’re always talking to the right clients for the right reasons.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Partner directly with the Founder on market outreach, opportunity mapping, and pre-proposal strategy.
- Run the first 3–4 stages of our client journey: Market scan, prospecting, qualification, and proposal co-creation.
- Research and identify target clients across the UK and Europe, aligned with our digital integration and AI transformation focus.
- Build first-contact relationships through thoughtful outreach, events, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Manage proposal creation with delivery leads; ensure client narratives are sharp, relevant, and outcome-focused.
- Keep CRM and deal flow transparent — measurable, not bureaucratic.
- Stay involved post-proposal as the client relationship anchor, ensuring smooth handover and high win rates.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 5–6 years in enterprise business development, consulting, or customer success.
- Understand how integration, cloud, or data projects are sold (and delivered).
- Communicate like a consultant — curious, structured, credible.
- Are comfortable working directly with founders and senior tech leads.
- Love shaping deals, not just chasing them.
- Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a modern AI and Integration services firm with an enviable client list.
