NeosAlpha is seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Chief of Staff / Business Operations Lead to work directly with the CEO and leadership team. The successful candidate will act as an extension of the CEO, helping drive execution across sales, delivery, recruitment, partnerships, operations, and strategic initiatives. The role is designed to reduce operational overhead on the CEO by ensuring that key actions, decisions, and priorities are effectively tracked, coordinated, and delivered. CEO Support & Business Operations
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in managing strategic and operational priorities.
- Capture, track, and follow up on actions arising from customer meetings, internal reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure accountability for agreed actions across the business.
- Proactively identify blockers and elevate risks where required.
- Maintain visibility of key initiatives and provide regular progress updates to the CEO.
- Support management of sales opportunities, renewals, and strategic accounts.
- Coordinate proposal submissions, commercial reviews, and contract processes.
- Track pipeline progression and ensure timely follow‑up on opportunities.
- Assist with partner relationships and strategic alliance activities.
- Work with sales leadership to improve operational efficiency and reporting.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Programme Management, Consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of professional services, technology consulting, SaaS, cloud, integration, or digital transformation businesses.
- Experience working directly with senior executives or leadership teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and business judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through.
- Experience within IT consulting, cloud services, integration, data, AI, or software delivery organisations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and business reporting.
