We are experiencing strong growth in the UK and are now expanding our presence in the United States. To support this growth, we’re seeking a UK Sales Manager based in the region to lead and accelerate our sales efforts across the UK market. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build on our international success by establishing and expanding our customer base in the UK.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation – Skilled at researching and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Confident in initiating conversations via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Time Management & Resilience – Ability to handle high-volume outreach while staying persistent.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Identifies industry trends and positions offerings effectively.
  • Consultative Selling & Negotiation – Skilled in presenting tailored solutions and closing deals.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth Management – Develops and executes sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Works closely with internal and technology product partner organization teams (sales and partner managers) to ensure client success.
  • Strategic Sales & Account Management – Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Gather industry-specific insights and use them in getting meetings, preparing proposals, and winning deals and mindshare from prospects. Connect with product partner account managers and partner managers of various platforms and establish positive working relationships with them to become their trusted partner for delivery. Lead the sales process from qualification to closure and work with the internal team and pre‑sales team as needed to bring opportunities to a close.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for driving results from outbound lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market, challenges, and opportunities, and ability to use this understanding via consultative selling.
  • Experience in selling Enterprise Integration, APIs, Cloud CRM/ERP, and Data services and platform sales would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills.
  • High level of energy, passion, and self‑motivation.
  • Should be able to work on your own or as part of distributed teams.
  • Strong leadership skills should be able to drive people internally during the pre‑sales and account management phases.
  • Strong work ethic and unwavering perseverance to succeed.
  • Right to work in the UK.
