We are looking for a talented and ambitious Graduate Engineer with a strong background in Computer Science and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate from a top UK university to join our engineering team in Maidenhead, where you will help design and develop AI-driven solutions using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and data scientists, gaining hands-on experience in building intelligent, data-driven applications that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-based software solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to implement machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) pipelines, and automation solutions.
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and products using tools such as Python, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or similar frameworks.
- Participate in data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation processes.
- Assist in the development of APIs and services to operationalize AI models in production environments.
- Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field from a top UK university.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#; experience with AI/ML frameworks (e. g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data analysis, SQL/No SQL databases, and API development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for learning and innovation.
