A leading buy-side specialist consulting firm is expanding its Investment Operations & Platform Transformation practice across North America. This is a chance to join a high-growth, PE-backed consultancy working at the intersection of investment operations, technology platforms, and front-to-back transformation — partnering with top-tier asset managers on their most complex change programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead front-to-back investment operations transformation programmes
- Deliver across: Target Operating Model (TOM) design, Platform selection & implementation (Aladdin, Bloomberg, SimCorp, etc.), Process optimisation & automation
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and front office stakeholders
- Own client relationships and contribute to business development
- Lead and mentor consulting teams on high-impact engagements
What We’re Looking For
- 7–15 years’ experience in: Consulting (FS / asset management focus), OR Asset managers with significant transformation exposure
- Strong experience across the investment lifecycle (front, middle, back office)
- Proven delivery of: Operating model design, Vendor/platform selection, Large-scale transformation programmes
- Hands-on exposure to platforms such as: Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM/PORT, SimCorp, Charles River
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (COO, Head of Ops, Front Office)
