We are partnering on a confidential searchfor a rapidly scalingprivate equity-backed advisory firmwhich islooking to hire 2 Directorsinto itsTransaction Advisory practice β 1 with Financial Services expertise and 1 with Healthcare & Life Sciences. The practice supports private equity sponsors, lenders and corporates with financial, tax and operational diligence across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate actions.

Financial Services Director:
- Will be the go-to advisor on Financial Services transactions, responsible for delivering specialized expertise in insurance, wealth & asset management, banking & capital markets M&A diligence,
- Will manage quality of earnings, advise sponsors on valuation and risk matters and support financial services business development.
Healthcare & Life Sciences Director:
- Serve private equity, direct lenders and corporate clients to increase value through thoughtful transaction diligence and structuring.
- Manage a broad range of responsibilities across buy-side and sell-side transactions, including financial and business due diligence, as well as accounting and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with senior leaders and clients to develop comprehensive transaction solutions within the specific sector
- Regulatory compliance review, working capital and net debt consideration analysis
- Review healthcare or financial services specific vendor contracts and transaction agreements
- Draft clear and compelling diligence reports highlighting key findings,
- Support practice development initiatives
Required skills and experience:
- Degree qualified and Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- 8 years+ experience of financial due diligence and transaction advisory with a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm.
- A significant focus on EITHER: healthcare and life sciences transactions (providers, payers, pharma, biotech, medtech or healthcare IT) OR financial services or insurance sector transactions, or a combination of audit and financial due diligence experience within a Big 4 accounting firm
- Strong financial modeling and data visualization skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, client-facing environments and drive solution development for complex, regulated markets
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
- Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments
