NEOS Engineering Recruitment are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a growing team at our client depot in Scotland and Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with warehouse experience and a mechanical mindset to join a busy operational environment.
The Role: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to safely move materials around the facility
- Use CRM/inventory systems to track stock levels and manage orders
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
